Tim finds a hen by the roadside. The poor bird has fallen from a truck and is in bad shape. Tim takes the hen home and looks after her, but she is very confused. She cannot fly, lay eggs, or cluck. So Tim gives her "hen" lessons, but nothing seems to work. This pleasant and fun storybook for children teaches the value of caring for animals, and is beautifully illustrated in color throughout.
