This is more of a review about my experience at Marissa’s. 5/5! I love the selection at this store. No one else locally had a copy of Coming Up for Air. Love supporting a local business!

I came in looking for a specific book and went to the front to ask for help finding it. The person behind the desk knew exactly where it was (and the author!) The book (Verity, by Colleen Hoover) was in excellent condition and best part- only $6!!

The book came very quickly and is in excellent condition. I really appreciate the prompt customer service!

Looks like I was charged too much, instead of the price on the store sticker, which was disappointing. Otherwise a great experience.

Love this place! It’s everything a bookstore should be. Great selection of books, nice people, and places to sit and soak up the bookstore vibes.

What an amazing and delightful bookstore!! I had no idea Salt Lake had such a hidden gem! No only does Marrisa’s Books & Gifts offer a wonderfully diverse and extensive selection, but each of the books are beautifully shelved and highlighted by lush and unique seating, stunning framed art, and wonderfully fun figurines. I’ll be coming often!

I love this bookstore! The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful! The selection of books was very impressive, I especially enjoyed browsing in the room almost entirely dedicated to history books! The store itself was also aesthetic in its decor and very easy to navigate. I signed up for a reward account on my very first visit and I look forward to frequenting it!

lots of good choices in all categories. Prices have gone up. (haven't they everywhere?) but still better than some other stores in the area.
