Police Lieutenant Frank DuAmato figures he may have stumbled onto something more than a routine crime when an elderly man with ties to the CIA is found shot between the eyes. His suspicions prove to be deadly accurate when he learns there are other victims with ties to the CIA, all shot the same way.
