At the age of one, Howard Bell was diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy, which the doctors call "a fatal disease." The doctors told Howard's parents that he would be lucky to live to 5 years of age, and that the longest ease live was to the age of 12. But God had other plans for Howard's life.
