Yehuda Berg uses his personal experiences of growing up to help illustrate some of the finer points. Each chapter closes with a detailed exercise encouraging the reader to apply the steps to their lives. The final chapter of the book includes questions and answers to difficult questions concerning drugs, alcohol, sex, abuse, bulimia and anorexia, education, family ties, dating, depression, rebellion and friendship.
