DESCRIPTION
Agent Marcos Caracas dangles from a cliff in the rugged no-man's region between Pakistan and Afghanistan. Spotting the rifleman below, Marcos hides a tape in the cleft of the cliff and leaves an urgent voice mail, setting off a chain of dangerous events. Now it's up to Special Agent Steve Alstead and Chapter 16, the FBI's counterterrorism unit, to stop the scheme of an al Qaeda splinter cell before it's too late.
